  • Name of the Company
  • Contact Position
  • Phone and/or Cell
  • E-mail
  • Prices
  • Budget

We inform you that our company Grupo Lomex, WILL NOT GATHER AND THEREFORE, WILL NOT GIVE TREAT ANY SENSIBLE PERSONAL DATA; For such reason, we do not request any authorization for the treatment of any sensible personal data.

You are entitled to access your personal data that we possess and know the details of the treatment, as well as to correct them if inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or are outdated; cancel them when it considers that they are not required for any of the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, they are being used for purposes not consensual, or you can oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes.

To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, you must present written request in our Privacy Office, in our operating hours; in a document format DOC. The request must contain the following requirements:
  • Name, address or via to communicate the response to your request.
  • Your official identification or documents proving his identity, or where applicable, the legal representation of the holder.
  • Description clear and accurate of personal information for which it seeks to exercise any of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

  • In case of request for Opposition to the processing of your personal information, you must indicate as well as previously stated, the reasons for which is opposed to the treatment.
At any time, you can revoke the consent, which has given us for the treatment of your personal information, so let us make use of them. To this end, it is necessary to submit your request in writing in a document format .DOC.

Your request must be accompanied by the following information:
  • Your name, address or via to communicate the response to your request.

Within a maximum period of 20 working days we will attend to your request and we will inform you about the origin of the same through the via to communicate the designated answer on your request.
